We now have pop unders, fly-ins, spin-ins, fly-overs, fly-unders. They all have one thing in common. They move into or across the window you are viewing and obstruct your view, thus intruding on your personal space.
Well say good-bye to intrusive advertising. The newest version of pop up software has arrived and its called peel away ads. These show up in the upper right hand corner of the web site and are very small. It looks like you peeled back the page of a book to peek at the next page and says "special offer".
When you mouse over it, the page peels back a little further revealing even more of the offer. You can then click on the offer or move your mouse and the page rolls back to its original state. |
